All orders placed with KraftyLab Kreations are custom-made based on customer-provided designs or selected templates. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all orders must be reviewed and approved before production begins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, spelling, sizing, and order details are correct prior to final confirmation.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Artwork & Design Responsibility
KraftyLab Kreations specializes in printing customer ideas — we do not claim ownership of submitted artwork.
By submitting artwork or designs, customers confirm that they have the legal right to use the content and that it does not violate copyright or trademark laws. KraftyLab Kreations is not liable for unauthorized use of submitted materials.
We reserve the right to decline printing content deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products:

No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless: The item arrives damaged

There is a printing error caused by our production process
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Turnaround Time
Standard production time is typically:
3–7 business days after order approval (excluding shipping time)
Rush services may be available upon request.
Customers will be notified of any delays.
Shipping Policy
Once shipped, KraftyLab Kreations is not responsible for:
